Customer service & return policy
Defective products: If the item you receive is defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days and we will issue you a return label to send the product back and then refund your money. Some of our items are backed by a manufacturer's warranty and in that case we will have them ship you a new item.
Damages: If your item is damaged in shipping please contact us asap and keep the item & the packing materials. We will contact the carrier and file an insurance claim. If your auction had a shipping calculator in which insurance was optional and you did not choose to purchase insurance, then no claim can be filed and no refund will be given.
Didn't like it: You got a duplicate gift, you decided the color didn't match your decor, etc. You may return the unused item in the original condition and packaging, and we will refund your purchase price but not the shipping cost. Thanks!
Store ship-to locations All of our advertised shipping prices are for the continental United States. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc, please email us for a shipping quote and we will be happy to get one for you. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, please email us for a quote through the USPS. (Thanks for serving our country!)
We do not ship internationally.
